Live hotel casino new york

Well, I unfortunately lost the very long review I just tried to post here but to summarize, don’t read into the negative reviews! I had read the elevators have issues but it’s because they are remodeling and updating the hotel so some (I only found 1) may run slow. There were only 2 clerks working, one taking only Gold/Platinum/Noir level members only. Trip #3 finally resulted in receiving the correct keys for our second room, even if it wasn’t the ADA/Accessible room we booked. No text received, my second visit to the Front Desk at 3pm got me a second room key… to a room in a separate tower, not our connecting room. When we arrived at 11am, our first visit to the Front Desk got us checked in to one room, with a promise to text when the connecting room was ready. However, I was definitely disappointed with both the check in and check out process. Filled, dirty ashtrays everywhere: this may be the first casino from my many trips to Las Vegas where I never saw even a single worker wiping down slot machines or removing filled ashtrays throughout my stay. Servers in the various outlets were all very nice. Very good beds and pillows, comfortable tables and chairs with a view of the roller coaster and the T-Mobile Arena. Also, the hotel phone in this room was not working.
